Mr. Thompson began his career at Mason & Mason in real estate appraisal in June of 2016 as a summer intern, then full time upon graduation from college. Graduating in May of 2018, Cole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Law from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts. At Bentley University he studied courses in Business Management & Consulting, Accounting & Finance, Retail & Service Operations, Legal & Ethical Practices in Business, Macroeconomics & Microeconomics, Global Strategy & Globalization, U.S. Government & Politics, American Environmental Policy, Business Law, International Business Law, and Real Estate Law. He was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon while at Bentley University. Cole attended boarding school at The Taft School in Watertown, Connecticut for his high school years, and was active on the soccer, hockey and varsity lacrosse teams, Taft Investment and Economics Club, and the Taft Entrepreneurial Club.
Cole has appraisal experience in detailed research and appraisal report preparation for eminent domain both full and partial acquisitions, property tax appeals, estate and tax planning, and inverse condemnation. His Real Estate and Appraisal Education classes include Introduction to Income Capitalization Approach (IRWA), Basic Appraisal Principals, Basic Appraisal Procedures, General Appraisal Income Approach Part 1, Real Estate Finance Statistics and Valuation Modeling, and General Appraiser Sales Comparison Approach. Cole is actively taking courses from the Appraisal Institute, where he is a Practicing Affiliate Member, and is pursuing his State of California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License and MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute. In his free time, he enjoys a good round of golf.
Ms. McKee joined Mason & Mason Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants in April 2018. Angelina grew up on the Central Coast of California and worked in Property Management with her family for many years. She graduated cum laude from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where she studied agriculture, engineering, irrigation, and forestry/natural resources. Angelina worked at the County of San Luis Obispo in the Water Resources and Hydraulic Planning Unit of the Public Works Department. Prior to Mason & Mason, she was employed by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California in the Acquisitions, Appraisal, and Property Management divisions of the Real Estate Group. While at MWD, she earned Certificates in Real Estate Brokerage and Real Estate Appraisal from Glendale Community College. Angelina has experience in real estate and appraisals for acquisition, estate valuation and tax planning, environmental contamination, surplus/divesting, sensitive and/or protected species, lease/license negotiations, pipelines, property management, and eminent domain. Angelina is continuing her education with the Appraisal Institute and working toward both her California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser’s License and Broker’s License.
